Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD) is a reflexology technique which focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. The aim is to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body. It is a unique sequence that has been researched and developed by Sally Kay, whilst working in Cancer Care. It is a multi-award winning technique, originally to help reduce lymphoedema swelling after treatment for breast cancer. RLD is also an excellent addition for clients with other non-cancer related inflammatory and auto-immune conditions and pregnancy.
